What's a hosted cruise?

A hosted cruise is a special sailing where a designated host joins the cruise and offers added perks, curated events, and a more personal experience for a group of travelers. It’s the perfect mix of community and adventure at sea.

Our recent hosted cruise was an unforgettable journey aboard Carnival's brand-new Jubilee, the latest in its XL class, sailing from Galveston, Texas on a 7-night Western Caribbean itinerary.

Hosted by Professor Melissa, the cruise brought together fellow cruise lovers for shared excursions, cruise tips, and special onboard moments just for our group. And... the added bonus of some extra onboard credit! ;)

What You'll Get...

On a Professor Melissa hosted cruise, of course you'll receive everything else you would on any other cruise, plus you'll get:

Meet and Greets
Hosted cruises will have two meet and greet events: a cocktail party and a casino class where Melissa will share her tips and strategies for leveraging the cruise casino systems to get great cruise offers.

Extra Goodies
Our team will bring the razzle dazzle with extra goodies, including Melissa's custom Cruise Course where you'll get FREE access to her Ultimate Cruise Guidebook and Port Guides, along with special online "lessons" to teach you the ins and outs of all our ports of call.

Flexibility
Our group fare is a guaranteed rate for our group, meaning if changes need to be made, they can be done without penalties or fees (prior to the final payment). If you do have to cancel before that final payment date, all money paid is refundable.

When you join a special hosted sailing, your cruise will be booked by Kelley White, owner of KellTravelled, and one of Melissa's besties (and cruise buddies) for over 20 years and part of the Professor Melissa team. Kelley will bring you the highest level of service as a travel agent, and at no extra cost to you.

Kelley will also be on the sailing to assist you with any questions you have during the cruise.
